Safe starts another round of QDII quota issuance

On November 30, the State Administration of foreign exchange (SAFE) launched another round of issuance of qualified domestic institutional investors (QDII) quota, which is planned to issue US $4.296 billion to 23 institutions. China’s international trade surplus in goods and services reached 315.2 billion yuan in October
